Surprise proposals are such special moments to capture! It’s the moment that you take the next step on your journey with your favorite person. When James called me to chat about capturing his proposal to Katie, I couldn’t contain my excitement! He wanted to bring Katie back to where it all began – what used to be Sticky Fingers when they first met, Poe’s Tavern in Atlantic beach was where he planned to take her for lunch before enjoying a day at the beach. We decided on this beautiful shaded spot and I was hiding in plain sight down the sidewalk ready for the moment he asked her. The timing was perfect and the smile on their faces was priceless. Even some of the guests on the patio joined in on celebrating and congratulating them – it was a beautiful moment! Congratulations James and Katie!!
